Most of the New House Plans on this site reflect the historic precedent. Wherever I go, I photograph and record historic structures. I am a member of two historic review boards in the area where I reside and spent part of my career as a builder working on historic structures in the Mcloughlin Historic District. I am familiar with the technical issues in the renovation of registered houses. Some requirements vary from state to state and county to county. I believe that I am sensitive to these issues and qualified to do renovation designs on historic homes.
Your house may not be registered, but sensitivity and knowledge of the style is essential to maintaining the historic integrity and resale value. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your historic project with you.
