Many custom homes are "site sensitive" and must be created specifically for a view or for the shape of the lot. But you can save money if a stock plan will work for you. This is true even if the stock plan does not match your needs exactly. Select a stock plan from our catalogue and have us modify it to your specifications. Select from House Plans, House Designs, Narrow Plans, Auxiliary Dwelling Units and Garages. Depending on your modifications, you can save up to 75% off the price of Custom Plans. Follow the link in the title bar above to House Plans. Also bare in mind that the style of a house can be changed. Many of our stock plans replicate historic styles, but we design in all styles.
